Pathetic customer service and they are ******!!

Your driver canceled while I was waiting outside with my baby. It showed a outstanding amount, which i reported on the App, it said it would correct. I deleted the App that day after being left very unhappy with the lack of service. I'd understand if i had left the driver waiting but he ****ing never showed up!!! I need Uber to refund the money you've unrightfully deducted from my account. Now I've downloaded the app again, reported it and got nothing done. I'm sick and tired of trying to get a hold of Uber. This is unacceptable. No one picked me up. But a month later you deducted from my account, unacceptable. This is the 4th time I'm writing to you. This is nonsense now!!!
