PATHETIC AND SICKENING SERVICE UBER

Tonight I ordered a uber from cape town v&a waterfront to table view. Driver said 8mins away,we kind of had an urgency to get home due to unforeseen circumstances. Uber driver was in bo-kaap cape town(5mins away) ended up waiting a hour, he did not respond to ANY MESSAGES OR CALLS! A hour and 15mins later he called to say his arrived. Totally unacceptable which I had told him and mentioned how very unprofessional he was. He said with attitude to report him to Uber. Sis ,disgusting and unprofessional. Will never use Uber ever again.
