PAID RIDE NO SERVICE!

Of all the travel commutes with Uber X and Uber Go , i can clearly without a shadow of doubt make mention of what a complete waste of my energy it is to contact any support or person to understand why they cancel the trip without contacting the person on the app. I have on 2 occassions 23/02/2022 had requested an Uber, he took 18 minutes arrived at the wrong destination and still proceeded without transporting me to my destination. The money actually debits instantly and I have yet to receive a reply on when it will be reimbursed. For the return trip, I even took the liberty of scheduling the time and they debited an amount with still no service on pick up of the commuter. This is definte;ly not what UBER is meant for, people need reliability when travelling and the amounts continually debit without any support being answerable. We acnnot advance to being a Smart City if we chose to blatantly defy dignified and trustworty people that provide a service and get paid for it!!!!!!!!!!!! IRRIATE AND COMPLETELY DISGUSTED
