Overcharging my account after my ride.reversing the previous charge without my concern

I'm getting tired of uber when I pay with my card they charge me 60rands for instance later on they reverse it and charge me more 70rands and it's bwcoming a habit and it's honestly annoying are they trying to rob us as customers.
