Overcharging and Terrible customer service

If I could rate them 0 I would. Uber is robbing their customers, I take Uber every day and every day I’m quoted a specific price but once the ride ends, I’m charged an additional R40-R50 and for the distance that is ridiculous. Today I was charged R40 more for distance/time but their driver dropped to get fuel during the trip making the trip longer, I expressed my disappointment to Uber but they keep sending me generic response saying the price is correct which I don’t think so, if the driver didn’t have to stop for fuel and make the trip longer I wouldn’t been charged that extra fee.
