Overcharging

It's ridiculous how Uber just adds on fees on top of you agreed fee. They just decide to do what they want and politely just brushes off your complaint by telling you there is nothing wrong with the amount charge and the route. Just this morning I agreed to R40 for a trip but was charged an additional R21. It's sad how this company is doing what they want and how they want. This will be probably the last they will have dealings with me.
