Overcharging

It seems like we will go back to taxis now, I deleted my bolt account and moved to Uber hoping they would be better to my surprise same thing, u will request a trip and the trip will say R200 but when you arrive at your destination the fare has gone up, this has happened to me more than 3 times and when u try to get a refund that doesn’t happen at all , it seems like most drivers in SA do that on purpose and it so ****ed up that it is happening
