Overcharged without any stops

I was so disappointed with uber and how they opperate.....i will never use them again....i will call one of their competitors like taxify when I need to use a service like this again..... This is the SECOND TIME UBER has messed me around.....and I'm tired of it.....all they do is ***** your money and use every customer.... The first time uber took my money... Promised to pay me back and they didn't.....which I had left...

Now this time I have been charged R1067 for my trip after I accepted a charge of R833.....!!! The trip was a mere 41km about and took about 30mins to arrive at my destination.....this trip cost me more than my plane ticket from Durban to JHB....which was R834.....i feel so used by uber....after the trip I still paid the R1067....and was told by the driver it wasn't the first time this has happened and uber paid other customers back....so I trusted I would get the additional charge back.....i will be advising everyone on social media not to use uber and use one of their competitors instead.....
