Overcharged trip

The driver did not end the trip at my drop-off location so I was overcharged. I have reported the issue on their app and sent them an email but they keep trying to deduct money from my account hence I blocked online transactions. The bank is always charging me for decline fees because I blocked transactions. Another thing is that the driver was rude. He picked us up from our pick up location and we asked him to open the boot for us but he didn't come out of the car to help us with the boot uvele wayvula ephakathi emotweni. So I would rate the trip a negative 10.
