Overcharged several times.

I booked a trip the amount is for example R50 when the trip ends then it's R60. It happened a few times. They keep on asking now a R89 from my bank that specific trip was R80. Then they also ask now a R50 that I don't know from when. Every day they ask from my back both amounts. The back charge everytime charges if there is no funds. I emailed them and sent msgs but no reply. Fighting with them is like fighting with a Robot. They just keep on asking money. I hope they read this msg and leaves my bank account. I'm done with Uber after years.
