Overcharged pick up

Used Uber for my son on a drop off and a pick up.Drop off was all good but when it came to the pick up they were not reliable the drivers were increasing the rate that was originally quoted.I ended up getting out of bed and picking up my kids myself.I will not use this service ever and urge people to check the reliability of it.
