Overcharged, debiting huge amount

I requested a trip that was R66, and I was deducted R108 on my PayPal account, their driver asked to go to the garage and I asked him if that won’t affect my fair, he said no, next thing I was debited R108, I wrote countless messages to uber support they are not responding.
