Overcharged by Uber many times.

Overcharged! I was quoted R44.00 but charged R61.00. When I quesried it they told me that the R61.00 was to test me card! They promised a refund. needless to say, they refunded the lower amount instead of the higher, 'test' amount. Only after numerous phone calls and a fight was it rectified.
