Overcharged and ******* by your driver

<p>I requested an Uber from a mall 2 streets away from my house which I normally pay around R20. Once we got to the gate he said I need to pay him R56. Shocked I asked him why the amount was different from my estimate. He shoved his phone on my face saying I should look for myself. I had R40 on me, I had to ask the security guy outside to add so I can give the Uber driver. When I got home the estimate said R21. I use your services on a daily basis I've never been ******* or yelled at by a driver. This guy is used to tricking people and I will tell everyone at work as they also use your services. Please do something about thi's unacceptable behaviour. </p>
