Overcharged and ignored

I have been trying to get some sort of response from Uber for 2 days I did a trip on Sunday that was R47.00 but Uber deducted a hole R300.00 from my banking app also I lost my charger. They responded to me regarding the charger but they ignore the fact that a hole R300.00 was deducted instead of a R47.00 it's the worst use are quick to reply to **** but when it comes to money no response I've been chatting on Uber r3garding my money but there is no response at all
