Overcharged after trip ended.

Truth to be told Uber has been good to me and safety wise they come on-top however I requested a trip which billed R69 on my account, after arriving the trip fare charge was R92 how?, then asked support to review fares and just told the amount was correct. I ride with Uber almost daily going to work and I acknowledge if the is traffic nor If i suggest long route but if a driver Is way slower than estimated time can't fault me or if the car is mechanically inclined obviously will spend more time on the road. I am ****ed now. being loyal client to them but when I raise an issue am being told to jump off a cliff that's bull***. Rather ride with bolt irregardless cz being ****** by something you had put your trust on it's damning.
