Overcharged

I requested Uber from 8 Charles Cresent Kramerville to Ormonde when i request the trip upfront fare was R306 before i confirmed the ride. The driver came driving Hyundai Elantra we drove and when we pass ****arney mall he asked me where in Parkktown i am going i told him i requested Ormonde, he said the destination on his side is Parktown and he drove to Ormonde. When he dropped he told me they rated me R820 rand to pay, i argue saying its too high he agreed with me but he told me its beyond him to sort out i must pay and email Uber. when i email them they told me the amount is correct. A local trip rates so high its impossible.

kindly assist me to claim back my refund, its a lot of money i paid. I spoke to H Khan from Uber.
