Overcharge and faulty records

I requested a ride with Uber. The estimate was R658. After the trip, the R658 was reversed and I was charged R838. I queried the fare with Uber and received a response that the actual destination address was different from the requested destination address. On my app's trip history, the destination address is correct. However, Uber insists that the actual destination address was somewhere in Paraguay. Communication from Uber is very clearly automated and brainless.
