Overcharge and **************....

I am a disabled man. Everytime I use uber the drivers don't charge me the same that was on the application when I booked the ride. Luckily for me I take screenshots of the price when the ride is booked. Drivers also cancel the ride or drive past me when they see that I am in a wheelchair.
