over chargged

<p> I requested an uber taxi From Gautrain station to Emperors palace. I put in the request and a driver by the name of Senze accepted the request, which stated he was 8 minutes away. around 16 minutes later I checked and he was still 8 minutes away. According to my Uber receipt he cancelled the request, So I requested another Uber which was the in 3 minutes, my phone said the fee was R44, when I reached my destination the driver told my my fee was R69, so I asked why and he rep**** it was because I cancelled my request. I tried to help me to lay a complaint and took my number saying someone from Uber will contact me in 30 minutes. Almost 4 hours later and no one has contacted me, I use Uber alot and I expect to be reimbursed for the money I was over charged. This is terrible service and the driver whom never picked me up got paid R25</p>
