Over charged and unfair practice

<p>I took an Uber at 2349 on the 23rd of July . It was fromy Fourways to Randpark Ridge. Normally this trip takes 20 minutes . My driver by the name of Nicholas took a route that ended up lasting 85 minutes . I informed him several times that he was taking the wrong route and he needed to stop the trip but he still continued . He then went on to complain that his fuel was running low and he could not take me further. He left me at a garage which is a crime hotspot thereby putting me in harms way. What makes me even more livid was that he kept on saying write an email to Uber all they do is fine me. He showed no remorse in his actions which gives me the impression that he has done this before. My trip ended up costing 769 Rands for a trip that would have cost between 120 and 150. </p>
