Over charged

I am very disappointed with the service that I have recently had with Uber day. On Friday after I booked and Uber from suncoast to my house which is in effingham and I always use Uber so I know the price . When booking it said R95 because my house isn’t far from suncoast and the money was taken out from my account as soon as I stepped into the car. When I got home I got a sms saying that R275 was taken out of my account from Uber as so I was about confused and I went on my app to see what went wrong then it shows that the trip was from suncoast to verlum which was incorrect because I don’t live there and secondly I booked a trip home so I sent them an email letting them know that I was charged incorrectly Uber sa deleted the trip log from my app so I have no proof of it but I did screenshot it before they was able to remove it . I am very disappointed with the service how many other people are they robbing I will never use Uber again
