Over Charge and ****med by Uber

Good day. Please note the following complaint against Uber SA. Monday afternoon around 16h00 my trip cancelled of R56. I did not cancel the trip R56 deducted off my acount twice. This morning trip to work i have the screen shot Trip was R58 when i got in car the driver took wrong turn.he wanted to go to pretoria. Not on address menlyn maine. We confirmed address as Fourways . He requesred i go.into maps as he cannot cannot. When he dropped me. I got out. He took my phone he said trip ended. When i asked for phone he made as if he forgot to give phone. Oh ok. He saifld and gave me my phone. When i looked on the Fnb account. Amount of R423. Went off?? When i went to uber account. Its R92 rand plus fees plus R150 tip. How will a single person with no assets on her name going to work every day give a R150 tip. Uber came back and stated that R242 is a reasonable amount. For the trip . No further comment. I have been using Uber since April 2025 full-time as i do not have a car. My account is average R2700 per month. I think this trip was a ****. And the address was put in as pretoria knowing the amiunt. After the trip. He added a tip R150 fr himself.
