Over charge

Hi <br> <br> On the night of new years eve/new years day, I used an Uber van from Sandton to Bryanston and I was charged over R900. I have querried this costing but no one is willing to explain to me why I was charged so much money. please note that I am aware of the sur-charge but they still charged me the normal rate as well which was extremely expensive bearing in mind that earlier that evening I used the service going to Sandton from bryanston for only R250. <br> <br> please can someone be so kind as to help me with my problem. *** thulani khuboni
