OUTSTANDING BALANCE PAYMENT

I am unable to pay an outstanding amount on my card due to an error. I have funds available for the balance to be paid but the payment is not going through. I cannot use uber again because of this payment issue. My credit card details have always been the same but this one payment will not process. There is also no way for uber to be contacted to resolve the problem
