Order not deliverd

I have placed an order driver did not show up after 3 hours he let me now that he get rob and his phone got stollen.Then he told me his friend will bring the stuff but i need to meet him half past 8 at night i place my order before 6 Uber those not want to give me refund because i already for the stuff they are not very helpfull will never used them again
