Order NEVER RECEIVED

I never received my order which I was charged and I paid for on my Ubereats the driver had my order and he was driving towards my location then took the wrong street and he stopped answering my calls and message on the chat app my Order number is #8774F

This driver kept on ignoring me and stayed one place no communication nothing I did not receive my order but it says order completed you guys are ***** really I am so mad and disappointed with you guys after I have used this app for such a long time, you guys do yourselfs a favor and refund me my money.
