One Uber trip, 2 debits off my bank account on different days

Uber debited me R105 on 17 June and another R105 on 23 June for a single trip and yet insist the first amount is a hold and I must refer to my bank, I went to bank twice who informed me that both transactions went off my account and to reverse they will charge me over R150 so I must revert back to Uber to refund me however Uber keeps ignoring me even with proof I sent them confirming the 2 debits off my account
