One trip charged twice on my bank account
Please amend. I've got two transactions for ONE trip taken off my account for uber. I have contacted uber as well. Bank statement can be attached which shows 125,34 deductions on my account twice (when I have only driven with them once!!!). Transaction appears on 1Feb (correct date) and again on 2Feb (DUPLICATE to be reversed). My original trip was 62,67, surcharge x2 = 125,34 but because it came off my bank account twice I have been charged 250,68!! 62,67 x4!! WHY IS NO ONE GETTING BACK TO ME, ITS BEEN 3DAYS!!
