One star is too much actually!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>So I requested an Uber, which was fairly simple. And as I wait for the driver I notice the time start changing from 1 minute then to 4 then to 6. Then something strange happened. Only to find that the driver canceled my request after I was charged a fairly big amount. Then the app polity suggested I should find another rider, thinking I won't be charged again. Well guess that was not the case, I got charged again. When I reported this to Uber all they told me, and in an auto response is that I'm imagining myself I should check my bank statment. Then to make it worst I got charged a cancellation fee as well R25 for supposedly cancelling my request. Which is bull, cause i checked my history in the app and it clearly stated the driver canceled, after numerous attempts at getting a refund I decided just to leave it and but write a review. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Uber for mugging me!</p>
