On the 27 November 2024 I requested Uber ride my son to school, unfortunately they got in an accident with the Uber driver, my son was rushed to hospital, he got treated and was discharged the next day, 28 November 2024

On the 27 November 2024 I requested Uber ride my son to school, unfortunately they got in an accident with the Uber driver, my son was rushed to hospital, he got treated and was discharged the next day, 28 November 2024. I contacted Uber and their response was that my son should not be riding in an Uber alone, and that they will refund the trip, their response was so irresponsible and patronizing, also shows how little they take their customers, and again they do not care about the safety of their customers. I made several follow ups, and no response, said to say that their Help line is very poor, and to date I have not received any proper response from Uber.
