On the 1 of August I requested uber courier for my Luggage a drive called Musa plate number JC 99 YT he never delivered my package till today then I decided to take further steps to go to uber head office they called him he responded “she must come fetch them at my place” they asked if he can drop them at the office he refused. While I was at the office I called him on my phone on loud speaker he said I won’t get my luggage the lady at the Uber took my phone and told him if his aware that I can open a ***** case he said oh okay then hang up. Services on the Uber app is limited and at the head office it’s far when you get to the Uber office I left unhappy and issue was not resolved the driver is out there delivering and happy while my luggage is nowhere to be found
