On laptop request for a ride

Hi,<br> <br> Has Uber considered updating their website so users can log in and request a ride from a laptop when the app is too slow? It takes me two min to go into my page on the laptop but the app has not opened for the last 30 min. One cannot call the cab either.<br> <br> Also how do I change my card details on your website? The change profile pages do not allow for that.
