On 23 December I booked a ride from King Shaka to my home

On 23 December I booked a ride from King Shaka to my home. Just after I confirmed my phone, my battery went dead, so I did not get the details of the Uber driver. By the time I recharged, that driver had left so I booked a second time. I was charged the full amount for two trips although the first driver did not take me. I was charged well over R600. I wrote to them explaining my predicament but they refused to reimburse me.
