On 13.05.2025 I received a R 50 charge on my card. I did not use the service. This is a subscription service that Uber levied to my card, which card was also loaded on my dad's Uber profile. My dad died on the 5th of January 2025 and his phone was subsequently wiped and destroyed. It is physically impossible for this charge to have occured. I tried reversing the charge, however, Uber insists that the deceased contact them to authorize the reversal! Absolutely ridiculous.
