Not very helpful

I have, since April 2018, been charged between R6 to R20 each day in small amounts. Most of these transactions were never refunded. I have tried to get a contact email so that I can send my statements to Uber for assistance, but they don't seem willing to help. As I use VCPay, I create a card every week especially for uber. This means I have transactions for around 6 different cards. Please, I am just asking for an email address to send my query through, as I really don't want that information on Twitter.
