not even worth the 1 star!!!!

I was double charged for my trip and contacted support but still no-one has come back to me or even credited my account! when i called the call centre they couldnt help because i was not calling from my own number.

This is so pathetic and i keep saying that i will no longer use uber but this is final!!!
