Not consistent

<p>I have been using Uber since it launched in SA but recently they have gone from their drivers *****ing to over hatching and my complaints are not resolved like before. I have sent emails to complain each time I was not happy with something but lately I'm just told stuff that don't add up. Some of the drivers drive without drivers license or I'd documents. How do we even know it's the person registered? Trips are charged different amounts and given silly explanations like traffic even when I am the one travelled Know there was no traffic. On Sa****ay my Son's wallet was ****** and ever since the driver avoided calls. What do we call this? Is this the service that promised consistency, safety and great service?</p>
