NOT AN UBER EXPERIENCE

I requested a ride, the driver came and when I got into the car, he told me to get out because he was not willing to drive me, I was so confused, why didn't he just cancel the ride rather than embarrass me for nothing, and what does uber do when I tell them what happened?? They just say stuff happens blah blah and they wont pair me with the same driver again.

I STILL WANT TO KNOW WHY THE DRIVER DID THAT!!!!!!!!!
