none reversal of uber fees after cancellation

So i booked a ride and the driver excepted and the app went faulty not showing any info even a pin the rude driver arrived and i tried to show him its not working he said im wasting his time and charged me a cancellation fee and i was charged R56 for the ride and not reversed into my acc, can i have my money back, into my acc. The second one i tried the app fee went up to R66 and went of my acc same story app did not work and my money is not put back into my acc as well as R19 reversal fee. I need this to be sorted asap.
