Non-existing service

Wow, I don’t know what I expected from Uber as I have had issues in the past.

But, I really expected someone to pitch up and collect my mother for my daughter’s bridal shower.

I made sure I scheduled the rides beforehand so that someone will pitch ... but NO ONE did! Both rides were cancelled 10 minutes before pickup. What a lousy service you are and not to mention the help line ... useless.

We booked a ride with Bolt at less than half the price and the day was saved.

I am deleting my Uber app. I have had enough of your **********, non-existing service.
