Non delivery of service

<p>So I booked a Uber for the second time from Tongaat (near King shaka airport) and on both occasions the uber never arrived. The driver doesn't answer his phone and I had to find alternative last minute transport. Needless to say, I was not impressed and would rather use a meter cab instead of uber. </p>
