No Support / Help from UBER

We have an elderly lady (77 today), she left her phone in the Uber drivers car. There is no way to contact anyone at Uber, her phone has everything on it including her emails. She was coming back from the hospital where her Husband is dying. There are no contact numbers or email support addresses that work. We cannot do anything as you need a one time pin- but with no phone she cannot retrieve. We have sent a private message on their FB page but nothing. All we need is to track down the driver and hope we can get her phone back. She is elderly, her husband is dying, she needs her phone. Why is there no help from Uber in situations like this.
