No support from Uber SA

No support from Uber. I called an Uber with my App this morning. Solomon took the trip. The App indicated a waiting time of 7min. After 2min the car was still standing still. When he was halfway on the way to me he turned away from me. Clock back at 7min from arriving. I called the driver. He said I must wait. He will come. When I said it is unacceptable I will report him he canceled the trip. I only managed to go on my trip 15min after the original call. I reported the issue to Uber through the App but no response from Uber
