NO STRESS ? NO UBER ! NEVER !

Uber review : run,run, run away and never look back ! I needed a ride, in emergency to return home. I tried to order a Uber several times but the mobile application bugged everytime without giving me a confirmation of a reservation. I gave up. I then order a BOLT and it worked like a breeze! then WORST OF ALL, I WAS INFORMED BY EMAIL THAT 15 RANDS FEES WERE TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAITED FOR ME FOR MORE THAN 3 MINUTES WHEN I NEVER SUCCEED TO HAVE ANY CONFIRMATION AT ALL WHILE TRYING TO BOOK ONE FOR NEARLY HALF AND HOUR AND NEVER SEE ANY UBER DRIVER !!! Communicating directly with UBER about this problem is impossible (of course!). They have some nerves ! If you need a ride with .... NO STRESS ? NO UBER ! NEVER !
