no ride uber

really disappointed in Uber. giving me "free" rides with no promo code.when i contacted them they knew nothing about the 5trips 6th trip is free "promo". even after contacting them the problem was never fixed. i really didnt expect anything for free from them but why do they have promotions when they cant give it to their clients
