No response on lost item from support team

I forgot a phone in an Uber, it’s been more than 24hrs and the Uber support team has not responded to any of my messages, they won’t even give me the driver’s number or atleast connect me to him. I am so frustrated by their insensitive customer service, this is a serious matter that they should prioritise.
