No refund (Still waiting)

I used Uber "courier" 2 months ago. The driver arrived at the pick up point. She had to wait as there was an unexpected delay. She ended up canceling the trip. This was R150. Then to top it all off, Uber has still to refund my money. This was August this year. And to even try to get a number that works for the customer care service, it's actually nonexistent. The prompts you need to follow does nothing. I am still waiting for my money back for a trip the driver canceled because she wasn't impatient. Anyway Uber is the worst at looking after their customers, why because we are but a number.
