NO REFUND FROM UBER

I ordered food on UberEats and money went off my Standard bank account on the 25th of April 2025 than I went back into the app and saw they said payment pending.Þhan they deducted the same amount on my Capitec account now in May saying i didn't pay it.I contacted both banks and the money went off my accounts and UberEats is not refunding me.

I requested a ride a week ago and waited for the Uber driver and saw that the trip is moving meanwhile I'm not in the car and Uber charged me for the trip.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A SERVICE PROVIDER
