No package was deliverd by Uber

I have sent a package but it did not arrive at the destination. I tried contacting uber put there was no response. I tried contacting the driver as well but he did not answer. The driver is Pacifique. He had to deliver a package at a friends house, he logged in that the package was delivered but there was NO PACKAGE!! It was is an estate and there was nothing left at security. This is TERRABLE service, my package is gone now and can not be found
